Booking a Distance ('Remote') Animal Communication Session
Details Required For A Communication Session
1. Two colour photos of the animal on their own. One clearly showing their head and eyes (eyes not red or ghosted). The second photograph showing the animals full body, again on their own. Photos please to be non-returnable. Alternatively clear photocopies or email attachment/word format photos are acceptable.
2. A completed booking form (located on next page/menu button down) or an email/postal letter including the following details:
• Animals name
• Age
• Gender
• Species/Breed
• If spayed/neutered/entire
• How long animal has lived with you /did live with you
• Your name, address/email and telephone contact.
• 4 or 5 questions for enquiry in the communication. These give me indication towards the main issue/topic(s) of primary focus & concern. From these I form a more detailed/one part comprehensive set of questions as the main enquiry template for the session.
• If a certain issue, behavioural or otherwise is to be addressed, please supply just the briefest description alongside the questions you pose. It is my intention that a reading be independent of any prior suggestion and can therefore be impartial and unbiased with its contents.
3. Your payment for the session (fee details are listed below).
Communication sessions are relayed either as typed transcripts or once made, via telephone or audio file/MP3.
Fees are for a single session with an individual animal.
The Communication Session
A communication session, once made, can be relayed by telephone*, audio/MP3 file or typed transcript. * With the exception of animal-in-spirit sessions as due to sensitivity these are not relayed directly via phone.
Prior to your session: I work with your initial questions/messages posed, and form a more intricate template of clearly imaged, one-part, enquires. I will check with you that, these are agreeable & still convey accurately towards your concerns.
Please know each session is only made in as quality a time & mindset, as is possible for me. Therefore I do not give specific time details of when a session will be made, or work with any sessions back-to-back. Your session is only made when my mind & environment is at the quality level of calm, focus and quietness which I feel is optimally conducive to best working.
Communication sessions are typically 90 minutes - I hour 50 minutes in duration. And then,once made, are conveyed in one or more of the following ways:
Typed transcripts:This format can take a further (minimum of ) 4 - 5+ hours of time to present in detail. This is because, although an animals immediate conveyance is never altered; in transcribing a session what takes time is putting into words the most accurate interpretations of the emotions & feelings received at any given point alongside their 'word' responses. Emotions & feelings may be recieved intuitively as metaphors, analogies or images; and, hence the time frame for completion of typed transcripts.
Telephone: This typically takes approximately an hour (in addition to the actual session time) to relay & speak with you about. Prior to the call I will contact you to confirm the session has been made & we will agree a time for you to call my land-line. I do not record sessions or conversations conveyed via phone. You are welcome to make your own recording. Alternatively, a separate audio file/MP3 recording of your animals session can be made in due course.
Audio/MP3 files: For optimal clarity, all recordings are made independently from any phone conveyance,and, unless a typed transcript has previously been made from a session- it will be read & recorded as the raw intuitively received notes transcribed by hand during your animals session. Therefore, in parts, this may relay simply as the briefly phrased notations exactly as were jotted down during the remote session. ( when I am typing up transcripts,these prompt my mind to recall exactly how the conveyance intuited during a session, & enable me to further detail in clearly depicted text as possible).
Please be assured however that any intuitively 'worded' message(s) from your animal in any session, are never altered from their original manner of conveyance. And, if ever something should require clarifying (ie as to its spelling or apparent double meaning), the conveyance would be assisted by ie a bracketed word or letter - so that the animals' actual conveyance will remain clearly distinguishable.

Please note I do not work interactively over the telephone with sessions as many animal communicators do.
Transcripts largely read like a regular conversation between two individuals although additionally often portray the emotions the animal conveys at certain points when particular issues are raised.
I am always interested to know how a communication has been received or if I may be of help any further & with the exception of particularly sensitive cases I also forward a feedback form regarding your animals session.

Your Booked Session
On receipt of your payment & details your booking is placed. Once details/photos/payment are received I will send acknowledgement of your confirmed booking to you, by return, via post or email.
If your animals situation is of an urgent nature, I will endeavour to prioritise your session. Current time (waiting list aside) for sessions is otherwise approximately 14 -28 days from receipt of payment & agreement of questions posed.
In the event of your wishing to cancel a session, please notify me within 7 working days (from date of booking acknowledgement) via email or post & your payment will be returned to you (minus any transaction fees incurred via e- payment). Sessions requested to be made within 7 days from receipt of payment (indicated priority/urgent) waive this condition of return, except in discretionary circumstances.
In the event of your notifying me of intended cancellation when a session has already been made, payment remains applicable, with the exception of sensitive discretionary circumstances.
All photographs of your animal companion(s), please, to be non-returnable. Alternatively, emailed or clear photocopies of photographs are equally acceptable.
